Payment Instructions
Prepayment in advance is required with each order by Visa,
MasterCard, Money Order and International Bank Draft in U.S. dollars drawn on
a bank located in Canada or in the United States. Payments by credit card should

Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling charges will be applied with each order.
